The cellar was a room for the storage of foodstuffs, wines or other products, a kind of cellar located on the ground floor or underground level of a building.

The study room was a space for study and intellectual reflection. Its design was characterised by elegance, quality furniture and adequate lighting. It was a place reserved for reading and could sometimes be used for academic meetings, debates or intellectual activities in small groups.
