Description

Pitchers were a ceramic typology widely used throughout the Modern Age and the beginning of the Contemporary Age. In this case, three pitchers dating from the s. XVI. These are two large jugs, which allowed to carry between 8 and 12 liters of water, and a smaller table jug. Specifically, the pitchers represented here have been made based on some specimens reused as fillers in the vault of the Candelaria de Zafra Church (Case Amador, 2017).
